Employee Free Choice Act Debate

Employee Free Choice Act

Should employees have the right to form a union?  The Employee Free Choice Act would allow workers, not corporations, to choose whether and how they want to form a union.  The majority of trucking companies in the United States fall in the category of small business – meaning they operate between 1-100 trucks.

What do you think?  Is the Employee Free Choice Act a good idea, or would this allow workers to place a strangle hold on companies that could ultimately lead to the companies insolvency?

Employment Law Attorney-Eric Meyer… People’s Weekly World Labor Editor, John Wojcik

and 15 year trucking veteran, Damien, are the special guests
