The combination of various career related health issues and possible DOT regulations ( including BMI) has created an increased awareness for professional drivers regarding their health. The need expands far greater than our jobs, it is becoming a matter of being able to live a quality life during and after our driving career.

Can eating healthier cure these problems? In many cases the answer is yes!
Join us on Truth About Trucking “Live” as we discuss many of these truck driver health concerns that can be cured by creating a healthier lifestyle, including the desire to make a conscious effort to do so.
