    Nothing seems to be easier than seeing someone whom you can help but not helping.
    I suggest we start giving it a try. Give love to the ones that need it.
    God will appreciate it.

    do you need a license to become a brooker if you work out of your own business

  4. Allen Smith

    Yes, you would need a business license and a broker license.
    Have you spoken with Jack Martin about it yet?

    It would a pleasure speaking with you today about our random drug and alcohol testing program. We look forward to assisting you to get your drivers into compliance with Federal drug and alcohol testing regulations.

    We at CDL Compliance Testing are a Third Party Administrator that provides substance abuse testing services to employers and owner operators nationwide and we assist such companies in getting into compliance with DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements. We have developed our services to focus on providing drug and alcohol testing to CDL operators and currently serve over 1,500 drivers and employers. In addition, we currently coordinate the random selection of more than 5,000 CDL drivers who are subject to random testing requirements.

    To ensure our clients pass their safety audit that relates to their compliance with drug testing requirements we provide the following services to each of our clients:

    • Enrollment of the CDL driver in our random selection consortium. (A consortium is a large group of CDL drivers who are subject to random selection. This process will ensure that all group members are selected for random drug testing at the rate of 50% annually, as well as random alcohol testing at the rate of 10% annually);
    • A Certificate of Compliance with all DOT substance abuse testing requirements as certified by us at CDL Compliance Testing;
    • A signed Drug Testing Servicing Agreement stating in detail those testing services we are obligated to provide as well as the cost of those services and client payment terms;
    • Complete assistance in helping clients get all CDL drivers their initial drug test;
    • A company Substance Abuse Policy for clients that have more than one employee (owner operators are exempt from this requirement);
    • Assistance with setting up clients to be drug and alcohol tested at clinics located nationwide;
    • Perform and document random testing selection;
    • Web based client reporting of all drug or alcohol test results;
    • Maintain confidentiality of records;
    • Generate DOT-required reports;
    • Record, track, and report required information.
    The price for enrollment is $195 ($95 consortium fee and $100 for drivers testing) and $100 for every additional driver added onto your policy. Supervisor training, if needed is an additional $50. When enrolled we provide all drug and alcohol testing services with no additional fees. This includes: all pre-employment tests, all random drug tests when selected, post-accident testing , and reasonable suspicion testing for an entire year. Please keep in mind that this price does include all costs associated with the testing process. We do not charge additional fees for random selections, clinic collection fees, the employees initial test, etc. There are no side fees!!
    We provide drivers previous employment drug and alcohol test requests that go back 2 years for $40/ driver, as well as DMV records for your drivers that go back 3 years. The DMV record check fee does vary by state.

    Our prices for the consortium are the following: with Supervisor Training:
    1 Driver: $195 $245
    2 Drivers: $295 $345 (If you employ any driver other than
    3 Drivers: $395 $445 yourself, Supervisor Training
    4 Drivers: $495 $545 is also required. We charge $50
    5 Drivers: $595 $645 for this service)

    Our renewal with a client at the time of enrollment will be at about a 20% discount rate of $155. So you have the option of enrolling for 2+ years at the price of $195 for the first year and $155 for each year thereafter. Each additional driver renewed will be $75 added to the $155.

    Years of renewal
    1 yr – $155
    2 yrs- $310 (plus $75 for each additional driver)
    3 yrs- $465

    To give an example on how well we provide our services you can compare us to the only company that comes close, Foley Carrier Services. Foley charges $59 Set up fee and $115 per driver + $66.50 for the required pre-employment tests for each driver. If you have anyone who operates for you, it’s an additional $189 for supervisor training. For five drivers with Foley Services you’re looking at paying $1155.50. With us we provide all pre-employment tests along with all other needed testing for $195, $50 for supervisor training, and only $100 to add a driver. To have 5 drivers enrolled with us, this would cost $645, with NO additional fees! This is a $510.50 difference. Keep in mind that is our leading competitor. There’s a reason why we’ve been in business for over twenty years, it’s because we know how to treat our clients.
